About Us

Student Financials Systems are responsible for the setup and maintenance within the student financials module of PeopleSoft for the calculating and assessing of tuition and required fees, posting payments, creation and setup of third party billing contracts, posting waivers, processing refunds, administering the direct deposit program, recording of waivers and deferrals, setup and processing the Florida Prepaid Tuition plan, applying financial holds and late fees to delinquent accounts, set up and processing of 1098-T tax forms and maintaining daily communication with both internal and external customers.

Student Financials Systems works closely with Student Financials Services, Cashiers, Collections, Third Party Billing and other University departments to serve the students accurately and efficiently and to provide students with quality service.
