Financial Systems and Support Services consists of professional individuals who serve as business analysts, training professionals, and student customer service representatives. This team provides functional business and technical support for PantherSoft Financials to the FIU community.
Our experienced staff provide two main areas of focus: training and help desk support and business analysis.
PantherSoft Financials is FIU’s financial management system. Powered by Oracle’s PeopleSoft. The FIU community uses the Financials application to automate business processes and conduct all its financial operations.
All employees initially have access to this system once they are employed by the university and have been setup within the HR\Payroll system:
- For first-time users: Your username is your Employee Panther ID and your initial password will be your birth date. DUO Two-factor authentication is required. For questions or assistance contact the Division of IT, Support Center at 305-348-2284.
- For existing users: Login with your Panther ID and password. DUO Two-factor authentication is required. For assistance logging in, password resets contact the Division of IT, Support Center at 305-348-2284.
