Training and Help Desk

Training and Help Desk Support deliver excellent customer service and useful knowledge and skill development on the most up-to-date usage of Oracle’s PeopleSoft Financials application. We work alongside the University community at-large and its administrative departments to process day to day business and financial transactions.

Our team provides instructional design service, instructor-led and on-demand online training, job aids/manuals and business process resources as well as a user supported Help Desk within the Office of the Controller, related to functional PantherSoft Financials system processes.
