Contact Information and Fee Structure
FIU has awarded Master Agreements to the firms listed below and the FIU Community may utilize these firms for services in their areas of specializations for the purposes of searching for candidates for positions at FIU, as outlined in the Master Agreements by completing an Addendum to that Master Agreement. Below is the basic information for each of the search firms, including the link to the Addendum template for each.
Process
- Select a Search Firm from the list below. (Search Firms ITN56-001)
- Obtain Approval: Departments must complete the search addendum template with all of the relevant information included any negotiated terms and submit the completed addendum to the Division of Human Resources for Administrative positions and to the Office of the Provost, Planning, and Finance for Faculty positions for approval.
- Submit Addendum to Purchasing: Once approval is granted by either the Division of Human Resources and/or Office of the Provost, Planning, and Finance, the department may submit the completed addendum, without signatures along with the contract intake form (available at our new Procurement Form Resources) to Procurement Services at contracts@fiu.edu. Procurement will obtain all necessary signatures on the addendum and distribute an executed copy to all parties.
