  • Initial Renewal Term: March 8, 2018 thru June 30, 2019.
  • First Renewal Term: July 1, 2019 thru June 30, 2020.
  • Second Renewal Term: July 1, 2020 thru June 30, 2021.

Special Notes

The University is utilizing an FAU piggyback agreement with Air Planning, LLC to provide Air Charter Broker services for authorized University personnel (with appropriate authorization from their division head). It’s the responsibility of the University entity requesting the use of this service to ensure that all such use or travel is in compliance with state law governing employee travel as outlined in the University Travel Policy and Procedures.  You will also need to complete an Air Charter Broker Services contract with the vendor.

Employees (faculty and staff) traveling on University business are expected to choose the least costly method of transportation that meets the traveler’s scheduling and business needs. Checking the cost of commercial flights vs. using the University’s air charter plane is the responsibility of the department initiating the trip.
